Combining my Teaching Degree with my passion for cooking!!

Launching the first in a series of cooking workshops.

The first workshop is based on what I learnt in Thailand, and adapting it to the ingredients we have available, as well as making healthier versions of it. 

There are only 10 spots!! A 50% deposit secures your spot.

Kiddies Workshops

Holiday Workshops for Kiddies:

I am a qualified Intermediate Teacher, so this is totally up my alley!!

Also included is a Mini Sports Clinic before we start cooking. This will be given by Certified Trainer and also an Educator Mogamat Jakoet(instagram: @mojak112).

Let's get the little ones active and teach them that food does not only come from boxes!

7 Day Meal Packages

A week’s worth of food for R1250.

Do me a favor and keep track of what you spend on food for a week (a coffee here, a smoothie there, a quick takeaway salad or wrap) It adds up pretty quickly.

Here’s a sample of what the menu will look like. It will change from week to week:

 

90 second protein bread

Ingredients:

  • 25g almond flour
  • 10g psyllium husk
  • 2g baking powder
  • 2g garlic salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Recipe:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together into a bowl.
  2. Add the egg to the ingredients and mix well (the mixture should be thick and gloopy).
  3. Melt the butter in a cup and add the mixture into the cup of melted butter.
  4. Pop into the microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. When its complete, take it out and let it cool for one minute.
  6. Pop it out and cut it as you wish.
  7. You may even toast it.
  8. Serve as desired.
